Remodeling in Southlake

Remodeling Southlake homes, from Timarron to Clariden Ranch.

Much of Southlake was built in the 1990s and early 2000s — neighborhoods like Timarron, South Ridge Lakes, Myers Meadow and Southlake Woods. They’re well-built brick and stone homes with good bones, but kitchens, baths and floor plans that are now 25 to 30 years old.

That’s where we do most of our work: opening up dated layouts, rebuilding kitchens around how families live today and turning primary baths into true retreats — often all at once, as one whole-home project.

Whole-home remodeling

Every room planned together and built as one project, with one schedule and one budget.

Kitchen remodeling

Custom cabinetry, smarter layouts and finishes chosen around how you cook and gather.

Bathroom remodeling

Primary suites, walk-in showers and custom vanities, built right behind the tile.

Southlake remodeling questions

Do I need a permit to remodel in Southlake?

Most remodels that touch plumbing, electrical or walls need a City of Southlake building permit. We pull and manage every permit and inspection for you.

Does my HOA need to approve the work?

Interior remodels usually don’t need HOA approval, but many Southlake HOAs have rules for exterior changes, work hours and dumpsters. We review your HOA’s requirements before work starts.

Can we live at home during a whole-home remodel?

Often, yes. We phase the work, seal off work areas with dust containment and keep the rest of the house livable. If moving out for part of a full renovation makes more sense, we’ll tell you up front.
